Chassis Catalog

Reference profiles of mining equipment chassis rated 0.05 TH/s and above, evaluated for frame durability and extended service interval potential.

This catalog documents chassis configurations we have assessed across common mining hardware models. Ratings reflect our field observations in Gyeonggi Province facilities, not manufacturer claims.

Antminer S19 Pro open frame chassis profile

Antminer S19 Pro — Standard Frame

Rated compute: 0.11 TH/s per unit (110 TH/s nominal)

Frame material: 1.5 mm stamped steel, powder-coated

Service interval estimate: 10–12 months in climate-controlled facilities; 7–9 months in high-humidity environments

Known weak points: PSU mounting rail inner weld, rear corner bracket at fan mount

Reinforcement compatibility: Our standard 3 mm gusset kit fits without modification

Whatsminer M30S metal chassis structure

Whatsminer M30S++ — Reinforced Variant

Rated compute: 0.112 TH/s per unit (112 TH/s nominal)

Frame material: 2.0 mm galvanized steel

Service interval estimate: 14–16 months with standard maintenance; 11–13 months under continuous high-load operation

Known weak points: Intake shroud mounting tabs (not structural, but affects thermal pathway)

Reinforcement compatibility: Rail reinforcement available; corner brackets rarely needed

AvalonMiner industrial chassis frame

AvalonMiner 1246 — Batch A/B Frame

Rated compute: 0.09 TH/s per unit (90 TH/s nominal)

Frame material: 1.8 mm stamped steel, mixed coating (galvanized base, powder-coated shroud)

Service interval estimate: 11–13 months standard; Batch B shows improved rail thickness over Batch A

Known weak points: Batch A PSU rail (upgraded in Batch B); exhaust shroud hinge pin on both batches

Reinforcement compatibility: Batch A rails benefit from gusset plates; Batch B typically passes assessment without modification

High-density mining rack with multiple unit chassis

Custom Rack-Mounted Enclosures (0.05+ TH/s units)

Rated compute: Varies by enclosed unit; minimum 0.05 TH/s per our assessment scope

Frame material: Operator-fabricated, typically 2–3 mm angle iron

Service interval estimate: Highly variable — depends on weld quality and vibration isolation from rack structure

Known weak points: Rack-to-enclosure bolt points, inadequate vibration dampening at mounting feet

Assessment note: Custom enclosures require individual evaluation; catalog intervals do not apply
