Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

This policy applies to all services booked through Sitesycamorefield Mining Review Co., Ltd., including chassis assessments, frame reinforcement, and thermal pathway audits.

Deposits

A 30% deposit is required to confirm any on-site visit or workshop booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, except in cases of force majeure (natural disaster, government restriction).

Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid (including deposit) if:

• We cancel the appointment due to staff unavailability and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within 14 days
• You cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled visit and no preparatory work has begun
• We are unable to access your facility due to conditions not disclosed at booking (locked facility, safety hazard) and the visit cannot be rescheduled

Partial Refund

A partial refund (deposit retained, balance refunded) applies when:

• You cancel between 48 hours and 7 days before the scheduled visit
• Rescheduling is requested more than twice for the same booking

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once delivered or commenced:

• Completed assessment reports
• Reinforcement work already performed on units
• Materials fabricated to custom specifications
• Travel fees for visits where our technician arrived on-site but access was denied due to client error

Cancellation by Client

To cancel, email info@sitesycamorefield.click with your booking reference and reason. Cancellations are effective upon our written confirmation.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules incur a ₩50,000 administrative fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment is treated as a cancellation under the partial refund terms above.

No-Shows

If our technician arrives at your facility and no authorized contact is present to provide access within 30 minutes, the visit is recorded as a no-show. The deposit is forfeited and a new booking requires a fresh deposit.

Work Already Started

If reinforcement or repair work has begun on any unit, charges for completed work and materials used are non-refundable. Remaining unstarted work may be cancelled with a refund of the unused portion.

Purchased Materials

Custom-fabricated brackets and materials ordered specifically for your equipment are non-refundable once fabrication has started. Standard bracket kits not yet installed may be returned within 7 days in unused condition.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer). You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, facility damage) are reviewed individually. Contact us with documentation and we will respond within 3 business days.
