A half-day on-site inspection of frame welds, mounting rails, and vibration stress points on rigs rated 0.05 TH/s and above, with a written report and prioritized repair schedule.
Frame Reinforcement
Welding and bracket upgrades for cracked or thinning chassis rails on operational mining rigs, performed during planned downtime windows.
Thermal Pathway Audit
Measurement of intake-to-exhaust airflow efficiency and shroud alignment on mining chassis, identifying blockages that shorten effective service intervals.
