Welding and bracket upgrades for cracked or thinning chassis rails on operational mining rigs, performed during planned downtime windows.
Scope
We reinforce PSU mounting rails, replace cracked corner brackets, and add gusset plates where manufacturer frames show predictable fatigue patterns. Work is scoped after a Chassis Durability Assessment or an equivalent inspection report from another qualified source.
Materials
We stock 2 mm and 3 mm galvanized steel brackets compatible with common Antminer, Whatsminer, and Avalon frame geometries. Custom fabrication for uncommon models requires a one-week lead time.
Timeline
Single-unit repairs are typically completed same-day at our Giheung-gu workshop. On-site batch work for 10+ units is scheduled in four-hour blocks during your planned maintenance window.
