Thermal Pathway Audit

Measurement of intake-to-exhaust airflow efficiency and shroud alignment on mining chassis, identifying blockages that shorten effective service intervals.

Thermal Pathway Audit

Purpose

A compromised thermal pathway forces fans to run harder, accelerates dust buildup in chassis corners, and increases the likelihood of frame warping from uneven heat distribution. This audit maps where your rigs are losing cooling efficiency.

Deliverables

  • Anemometer readings at intake and exhaust for a representative sample of units
  • Thermal imaging of heat sink contact points and shroud gaps
  • Recommendations for shroud realignment, filter changes, or rack spacing adjustments
  • Estimated impact on service interval if corrections are applied

Prerequisites

Facility must be operational during the audit. We need access to at least 10% of your active units, chosen across different rack positions.

Schedule an audit with your facility address and total unit count.
